PUBLIC NOTICE: Shirland Avenue Lane Closure (04/21/25-04/28/25)

Subject: Shirland Avenue Eastbound Lane Closure

Location: Shirland Avenue & S. Adams Street

Dates: April 21 – April 28, 2025 (weather permitting)

The City of South Beloit will be performing necessary infrastructure improvements including the replacement of catch basins and the installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps at the intersection of Shirland Avenue & S. Adams Street.

Traffic Impacts:

To ensure the safety of the public and construction personnel, a temporary lane closure will be in place for the southern eastbound lane of Shirland Avenue during the dates provided above.

Pedestrian Access:

Sidewalk detours will be clearly marked to ensure safe pedestrian access around the construction area.
